Hey! So here’s what we know: every Friday @ 8:30am sharp we’re going to have an incredible founder who we chat with for ~20mins, followed by ~15mins of audience Q&A. We keep it tactical, honest, and interactive, so it feels a lot more like a conversation in a founder's living room than your typical gathering.
We sit down this week for a mini-masterclass + conversation on all things rituals & community with Ezra Bookman, founder of Ritualist − the first-ever creative studio specializing in the design of secular rituals. As a ritual designer, artist, and facilitator whose work has been featured in the NYT, The Atlantic, and VICE. Before Ritualist, he was the Artistic Director at Lab/Shul − an experimental, artist-driven, God-optional, everybody friendly, pop up community for sacred Jewish gatherings, and has hosted events ft. Esther Perel, Priya Parker, and Darren Aronofsky.
We'll get into:
-Ezra's best practices for crafting impactful, meaningful rituals for your community
-Ways Ezra has seen founders & community builders go wrong in attempting to create more conscious, connected communities
-Designing experiences for your people (customers, employees, and partners) worth talking about
Show flow:
8:30-8:50 | doors open & mingle
8:50-9:15 | moderated conversation
9:15-9:30 | founder crowd Q&A
9:30-9:35 | community (karma) asks
9:35-10:00 | hang around & meet other founders
RSVP here, and we’ll announce the speaker by Thursday at the latest (sometimes we’re last-minute!) See you there.
